Scalextric Recommended Slotcars

 If  you planning to upgrade the standard scalextric cars that comes with the set. I would recommend the following cars ;

Slot Car as a hobby

 If you like scale model car and interested to try a slot car as your new hobby, you probably wonder what scale you should buy and what brand give you more choices. I have been playing slot car for quite sometime and I have managed to customise my cars on my own. I have both 1/43 scale and 1/32 scale. I prefer 1/32 scale because there are more cars you can choose and it can be customised.  I believed many slot cars brands are made in 1/24 and 1/32 scale.  

The 1/32 scale is more realistic in term of the detail and it feels more stable on the track compared to 1/43 scale.  However, 1/32 scale take a lot of space because the track is much bigger. The 1/32 scale car is more expensive than the 1/43 but not by much.  I started with the 1/43 scale, Carrera GO and SCX Compact. I have collected few cars and it is enjoyable if you playing with a friend. 

The ready to race set has two cars, two controllers, power adaptor and the two lanes track. The most common brands are Carrera, Scalextric, SCX, Policar and Ninco. I would recommed a scalextric analog set. 

For a start just buy the standard set and from there you will develop your interest in expanding the length and layout of the track. You need to upgrade the standard car with the advance model because the advance model allow you to customise the wheels, tires and motor. I would recommend the car from Slot.it. I personally like the cars from Slot.it and have collected few models.
